２０２３年８月１８日（金）、中央公民館で「まちづくり活動における多文化共生の推進に関する意見交換会 in 黒髪」が開かれました。
熊本市政策局国際課の松下修二郎課長から「熊本市の多文化共生の取組」、そして、熊本市文化市民局地域政策課の岡本智美課長から「まちづくりの取組」の講話があり、その後、「日本人も外国人も住みやすい黒髪のまちにするために」というテーマのもと意見交換を行いました。
On Friday, August 18, 2023, the “Opinion Exchange Meeting on the Promotion of Multicultural Coexistence in Town Development Activities in Kurokami” was held at the Central Community Center.
Shujiro Matsushita, Director of the International Division of the Kumamoto City Policy Bureau, gave a lecture on “Kumamoto City’s Multicultural Coexistence Efforts,” and Tomomi Okamoto, Director of the Regional Policy Division of the Kumamoto City Culture and Citizenship Bureau, gave a lecture on “Town Development Initiatives.”
Opinions were exchanged under the theme of “Making the city Kurokami town where both Japanese and foreigners can live comfortably.”
在住外国人の方々からは、「街が静か」「住みやすい」という感想が出ましたが、「『一緒に活動がしたい』、『仲間が欲しい』けれど、どこからどうはいっていったらいいのかわからない」とか、「ゴミ出しのルールが難しい」といった事が出されました。
Foreign residents commented that the city was quiet and comfortable to live in, but that they wanted to work together and make friends, but they didn’t know where to start.” and “The rules for taking out the garbage are difficult.”
黒髪の自治会からは、「ゴミの出し方」の他に、「避難所の運営にも参加してほしい」という意見が出ました。
A member of the Kurokami neighborhood association expressed the opinion that in addition to “how to dispose of garbage,” they also “want the residents to participate in the operation of the evacuation center.”
交流を深めるためには、日本語だけのポスターや回覧ではなく、英語が入ったものだと伝わりやすいことや、どうしていいか分からない場合は、自治会長や市や中央区の職員に何でも相談に来てほしいなどの事柄が話し合われました。
